Well, fuck. Revoking any and all Peripeteia recommendations (and I wish I could un-back it on Kickstarter) based on the very thinly veiled transphobia from the dev (the first one in the screenshots here).

yeah i'm lucky in that i hadn't gotten invested in that one because i hadn't heard of it before today, but i've had that whiplash with other games before and it feels so incredibly bad

yeah i also had a publisher reach out about dbmj and one of their concerns was "the scale feels a bit too small", and i mentioned being okay scaling up if i had the resources for it, and they went "we don't want to that's too risky". wasted over a month in discussions for that :/
