DISPATCH!

I loved Dispatch (Mostly) and I have a bunch of Superhero OCs, so I wanted to plug them all into Dispatch with a paint over of some scenes from the game to celebrate its season finale. I feel like Victor would make a very good Dispatcher, very reliable.

I honestly think the best design update I ever made was dropping him down to like 5'6 and making him built like Wolverine.

Deputized, and thus weren't 'vigilantes', it's a major plot point in this storyline that Robin, who had been working with Adrian, wrestles with what he can do as a costumed hero within the constraints of the law against a well-protected mafia member.

Complete coincidence to the recent Peacemaker finale, but I'm currently reading Teen Titans: The Judas Contract, which includes the debut of Vigilante (afaik)

Something I never knew was that his name, which sounds generic now, made a lot more sense in it's original context, where the Titans were-
