I ran outside and finally, after about 3 years of non-contiguous attempts completed my C25K program! (30 continuous running minutes)

Today I get to learn how to self-administer intramuscular estrogen injections yippee!

I'm actually kind of so happy with how it came out. it still needs some work, of course, but I'm in love with the off-white gradient in the background.
