I drew my main OCs as D&D adventurers! In order we have: Lester the Gnome Sorcerer, Abner the Water Genasi Paladin, Alma the Firbolg Barbarian, Robin the Elf Bard, Uriel the Aasimar Rogue, Malik the Yuan-Ti Ranger, and Veda the Human Wizard. IIRC I randomised their classes so some make less sense than others 😂 Uriel broke his leg while skiing and was still made to pose for group photos 🫢 Mordecai tuning his guitar on a mound of defeated ghouls Lester post-adventurous behaviour having two black eyes and a broken arm 🥲

Seafood is a warm water triton (as opposed to Mordecai, who is a cold water triton). Unlike Mordecai, he doesn’t have that much exposure to land dweller culture and in general is just a weird lil guy. He’s also a very picky eater and only likes fish heads. Feng is a half-bugbear and I really need to draw a proper picture of him!! He’s quite short despite his lineage and wears platform boots to compensate. Do NOT mention this under any circumstances. Feng inherited the usual hairiness of bugbears and shaved his face and chest daily. It’s a lot of work but he cares too much about his ✨aesthetic✨

I have several fitting OCs for this, but sadly Lester is the only one I really have pictures for.

He's hopelessly tech-illiterate (note the one-finger texting), and can't swim so he's scared of deep water. He also has...one more weakness...👀

Lester has come a long way from a few years ago...he actually KIND OF knows how to use his phone these days. But he still types like a grandma and doesn't understand social media in the slightest. Robin is constantly having to come over and delete all the malware that he's accidentally installed on his laptop. Lester can handle waist-deep water fine enough, but once it starts getting up to his chest, he gets nervous. He feels similarly if he's on a boat/ship out in the ocean. Gabriel once got a bit too drunk and said he'd carry Lester out so he'd be ok, but it most definitely was NOT ok. It's one of the few big fights they've had. Ah yes, Lester's other weakness...his boyfriend's hotness... :')

Malik has accrued more than a few scars in his line of work, but scars are bad for business, so he uses a potion to conceal them.
Unfortunately his flawless appearance earned him the nickname Malik the Untouchable, and a target on his back for enemies hoping be the first to mark him.

Gabriel - Coreopsis Gabriel often signs off his texts with the flower emoji (on iPhone, it most looks like a coreopsis). When he and Lester started dating, Lester bought him a bouquet of them because of the association - now, they're Gabriel's favourites. Lester - Red Rose I used to draw Lester with roses a lot - they relate to his noble blood, and the red also gives feeling of war. Also, he's a very passionate person (not romantically, he's just a LOT) Malik - Hellebore Malik was adopted by a crime syndicate known as 'the Nursery' - all the members went by flower-themed aliases. Malik used Hellebore as his surname because they're a poisonous flower, relating to his work as an apothecary. Uriel - Apple Blossom Uriel's character growth feels very much associated with a feeling of Spring; youth and naivety blossoming and bearing fruit. I've drawn a few pictures of him with apple blossoms as well; they are very light and delicate flowers that also compliment his personality well.
