Impromptu family meal with some leftover porchetta we had from an event this week

Stewed down some black and gold grapes with sherry vinegar and Fresno chili after searing them, glazed the sliced pork with hot honey before roasting it off

Not sure what I’d pair this with, maybe risotto?

It’s been great getting into a rhythm with this meal prepping, just making a big batch of wholesome, delicious, but simple grub for my wife and I

Roasted garlic chicken thighs, a nice veggie melange, and some basic white rice, enough for twelve nice servings

Salmon with a cranberry gastrique, butternut squash puree, sautéed rainbow chard and baby carrots, with sweet and salty spiced pecan
