saw some beautiful mushroom logs today

learned that #makeaterriblecomicday2025 exists and produced.... this, on a piece of spare packaging paper
a comic crudely drawn in ballpoint pen. it tells the story of how alex and i tried to drive his car to a concert, the car broke down, we took a train but missed the concert, then hitchhiked and slept at an online friends place. the last panel reveals that this is how we first met our friend luca.

eine Packung Haferflocken, auf denen ein Holzlöffel voll trockener Haferflocken neben dem Wort "Serviervorschlag" abgebildet ist. Daneben ein echter Holzlöffel voll trockener Haferflocken. Ich schiebe mit den Löffel voll trockener Haferflocken in den Mund, mit einem etwas besorgten Gesichtsausdruck. Ich verziehe das Gesicht voller Reue. Mein Mund ist voll von staubtrockenen Haferflocken. An meiner Lippe und am Holzlöffel kleben auch noch einige davon. Man sieht mir an, dass dies kein angenehmes Erlebnis war.

Screenshot eines Wikipedia-Artikels. Text: geschlossene Übergänge gebaut. Diese wurden jahrzehntelang als Faltenbalg-, bei neuen Wagen etwa ab 1950 schließlich als Gummiwulstübergang ausgeführt. Faltenbalg- und Gummiwulstübergänge von freizügig einsetzbaren Reisezugwagen sind nach UIC 561 genormt, damit international eingesetzte Wagen miteinander gekuppelt werden können. Für das Verbinden mit Faltenbälgen wurden Gummiwulstübergänge mit zwei seitlichen Spannfedern ausgerüstet. Seitdem Reisezugwagen mit Faltenbalgübergängen bedeutungslos geworden sind, werden sie wieder aus- und bei Neubauwagen nicht mehr eingebaut. Bei in der Regel zusammenbleibenden Fahrzeugen, insbesondere innerhalb von Triebzügen, werden Wellen- und Faltenbälge wegen des besseren Komforts (Druckertüchtigung, Schallisolierung) verwendet.
