A few years later, they presented the idea to Time Warner & came up with a way to use their coax network instead of phone lines.
Just one problem: TCI's coax network was fine for RF signals, but a bit too "noisy" for digital data. So to make it work reliably, they had to clean it up.

One of the things I do is the "two-word commission". Basically, you give me two words and 50 bucks, and I come up with something based on those two words.
This one was commissioned with the words "goblin" and "pumpkin".
