I'm an aspiring vegan/vegetarian who reluctantly eats animal protein for dietary necessity. I'm a huge Frances Moore Lappé fan & want to hear your secrets for non-animal nutrition. Spill the beans! 😄 I need high-level advice as I'm not a newby to this lifestyle. I want your "complex" suggestions.

As a big believer in 12-Step programs, this new iteration is incredibly exciting & hopeful. The only drawback is successful participants have to believe in some sort of higher power. (That's a big stumbling block for some of us.)
