Cook longer, at a lower temp and add liquid. If you can, get a packet of au jus seasoning and use half of it.

I can't wait to give her a big hug. I'm bringing her daughter back to this area when I return home. It will be sad for them. Jen lives in Lake Havasu City and has stayed here with her mom until she had all restrictions released. Connie's sister will take her to the airport on Saturday.

I lost my sweet OC to FELV about a year and a half ago. She was sick and failing for a few months. Her sister didn't understand, either. But she always snuggled with her. We miss her terribly. 😢 🫂

I rarely have beef anymore unless it's in chili or meat sauce. Chicken is my go-to. I love fish but you're right, it is very expensive. Might be a Colin Firth marathon day for me.
