OMG! This is spot on! It's common to dislike Hospital Administrators, and as a retired Healthcare Provider, it frustrates me when HCPs are left out of discussions. Medical and nursing training doesn't equip Providers to manage the household aspect.
One more thing. It’s a classic trap to think that sacking administrators means more focus on ‘front line care’. Very often it means the opposite. It means doctors have to do the admin, which they’re not very good at.
