An incredible time so far at #RCPCH25 spreading the OTWC word. So many wonderful opportunities to share what we do and hopefully reach more families with our services! Lots of people interested in volunteering opportunities too. Very exciting! ☺️

As the week draws to a close I’m reflecting on celebrating one whole year working for OTWC.
I’m privileged to work as part of such a dynamic and like-minded team to deliver the opportunities that we do to children and young people facing health challenges.

Just managed to catch up on the ITV Tonight programme outlining challenges faced by hospices. Children’s hospices are a lifeline for families. Medical care only a fraction of what is on offer; mostly it’s about supporting living and creating safe spaces. 15% statutory funding just doesn’t cut it.
