Teaching “A Christmas Carol.” I’m concentrating on this passage more than I have in the past.
The idea that you love something despite it not giving you financial benefit - loving it because it might make someone else’s life more fu - just seems to resonate this year.

The Moosic Little League named Mike the Most Improved Player. The award is named after my late friend Scott. I’m a puddle of tears. Next to Mike in the first pic is Scott’s great friend Matt. Next to him in the second pic is Coach Ryan Getts, who has influenced Mike so much.
