When I was a kid, I didn’t like having my hair brushed or combed. I would have the brush ripped through and be hit with the back. So my mom cut my hair off with kitchen scissors into a ball shape. Then once I got about 3rd grade she clued me in on “women are required to have long hair”

Update: it’s potentially ALL E6s in my shop who use AI for evals. I got teased for being the only one demanding to use natural intelligence. I am a “dinosaur” lmao
My E6 told me he uses ChatGPT for annual evaluations. We got into an argument because I refuse to use it, and refuse to have my work fed through AI.

My son’s school charges between 20 and 40 USD admission for any school carnival, school play, concert, picnic, etc. I don’t remember “come watch your child sing in the cafeteria” being $40 a head. Is this normal?

Thinking about my kitchen table. This solid oak round, clawfoot pedestal table with 4 chairs. I thought we had it for longer but turns out my stepdad bought it at a yard sale. It used to have like 8 chairs and a leaf, but he threw it away

Well I’m making progress on the chores. The build your own stocking shopping is done. I bought myself a Christmas gift. Dishes are mostly done. Laundry is 99% put away. Washer is going. Just have to take down the compost and the recycling.

I finally got to see a Gazelle Easy Flow in person! This model is excellent for people with mobility challenges who need a very low step-thru and the ability to sit low, allowing for easy planting of feet on the ground.
