I think what the Court clearly meant is that it is not okay to consider race to help elect Black people, but it is okay to consider race to help elect White people.

Made my first court appearance today to defend against the charges from November 14th. The state says that ostensibly what happens in Broadview is legal, but we know it is neither right nor legal. The state says that protesting a concentration camp is wrong, but we know better than that, too.
