In the lead-up to Trans Day of Remembrance, I won a cross-party commitment on the London Assembly to protecting and advancing trans rights.

It has never been more important for our institutions to stand together unequivocally with the trans community.

New data has suggested more than one in four parents will go without food or heating to afford school uniform.

Meanwhile, the rich get richer and richer and richer and richer.

Child poverty is a political choice. This government could make different ones.

Lammy’s empathy is legendary.

Cozying up to fellow war criminals. ✅

Empathy for those being slaughtered. ❌

I said to JD: ‘Look, we’ve got different politics, but we’re both quite strong Christians and we both share quite a tough upbringing,’” Lammy said of an early meeting.

Several years ago when I left the LP I argued that Starmer's problem is he's irredeemably shallow, a bureaucrat not a jurist, and incapable of looking below the surface of any issue he engaged with. Such people are often found on the coattails of fascists.

Unfortunately, history will be written by the same people who allow the genocide to take place. So there won’t be even any reckoning.
The judgement of history will be merciless.

Starmer is a career builder. It doesn't matter what in, so long as he moves on up. The fact he glosses over the very, very obvious genocide in Gaza, the complete abuse of human rights in the West Bank and claims a personal connection with Trump, proves he just wants power at almost any cost.

And Starmer. Was he really a human rights lawyer at some point? Was it just for the prestige?

Civil disobedience is not “terrorism”.

Civil disobedience is an essential part of a healthy democratic society.

The Labour MPs who have voted to proscribe Palestine Action 🇵🇸 as a “terrorist organisation” have lost their moral compass, shamed themselves, and undermined democratic values.

Today is Britain at its absolute stinking worst: a full on media and political feeding frenzy targeting someone who righteously sought to punch up for doing so in the wrong way, as we all avert our eyes from a real, genuine evil. Properly grim.

Solidarity with Bob Vylan - end the genocide.

He didn’t say that.

He chanted “Death to the IDF”.

If he’d have changed “Death to the Russian Army”, the Daily Mail wouldn’t have splashed on it, or demanded his arrest.

This rag shows infinitely more rage over a chant than the IDF incinerating thousands of little children.
