I understand. We’re waiting for an assessment on our block. We were ok, but then the height limit was reduced. It takes forever to get the assessment done.

Renting the flat out wouldn’t be the end of the world. You can get an agent to manage it and it gives you more flexibility in Manchester. Also, you may get more in rent than you have to pay.
