The heart wants what it wants, but, as you say, it's not always as smart as the brain. Plus, society can push us towards choices which arent always right for our unique needs and wants... trust yourself and know that you are enough, and the path you walk is valid. The rest is on the journey x 🥰

I think we all wish our younger selves knew this 🥰
I try and make my peace with it by thinking I was learning other things, that there are a finite number of things to learn, but we all learn them in a different order. 😁

That's looking really good! Have you got some steps in at out (cant tell from the pic)? That's what will encourage and enable amphibians to come say hi, along with other small wild friends. My pond is ground level and has a shallow end with stones for grip. Even foxes visit the newts and fish.
