Yeah a big part of this is that the Trump admin and their oligarch backers literally just want a lot of poor people to die off. We don’t need to speculate over their reasons and motivations, they are quite open about all this. It is to their benefit that a lot of poor people around the world die.

you’d think that if prices get jacked up high enough that companies would start to lose money as consumers are no longer able to afford their products. but that could never happen the line always goes up forever
