Last Saturday, five of us went to Whitby from Hull, ostensibly to take photos, but mostly for a day out.

David Robinson and Derek Taylor took photos of me, I took one of all of us 📸🙂

Not going to bed. This cough *may* be manageable sitting up tonight; I know from past experience that lying down isn't an option. Also, sneezing. Missy expects me in bed of a night, she'll have to come to terms with me under a blanket on the sofa… 🐈‍⬛

@ramtops.bsky.social and I ventured to the Pavillion Café in East Park for brunch, it being a perfect late autumn day. We watched latter day dinosaurs dancing on ice as we strolled round the park after 🦆

Sat outside my lunch, wondering if I can overcome inertia to go out into a beautiful autumn day on my bike. Out *again* that is, having been to Lidl this morning. We'll see.

Apropos nothing, having been prompted elsesky, I've turned on mandatory alt text for images in my accessibility settings.

Astonishingly, my legs still work after last night. Nipped, or popped, out to find and fetch branches for hanging and seasonally decorating, but feeling absolutely wiped now. Tonight will bring kebab and chips in the air frier, and #Strictly, with @ramtops.bsky.social 🙂

Perfect autumn day today, and I spent the afternoon playing guitar for Rackaback Morris in town. Lovely, it was 💜💛🖤

(The youngest in the pic isn't yet part of the side, though they already have tatters and t-shirt, and a strong sense of rhythm; give them a few years… 💃)

38.15 miles on bike today, after 3 hours of full-on dancing last night: my legs are suggesting staying put the rest of today 🙂

So, Saturday I was dancing at the front, as per, to the Lovely Eggs at the Welly, when Holly called me out and asked me up on stage. To dance. So I did. Completely mad, but it *was* fun 💃🥰 #dance #TheLovelyEggs

Yesterday, Mac and I ventured out to the circus; Circus Zyair are in East Park here in Hull. Wholeheartedly recommended, if you get the opportunity; they're good at what they do, and what they do is extraordinary 💥
