Half of my problems and way of being can be concluded with “oh it was bc of my depression” or “oh that makes sense now it was bc I’m autistic”. And other half is bc I haven’t realise I need to rethink them

Mere three months ago I have never lost a sock in my whole 29 years of laundry. I lost 3 in one load this time. I went back to the laundry mat and now I also believe laundry machines feed on socks.
