I’m diagnosed w/ a torn gastrocnemius (calf muscle) and no idea how. Thought it was soreness, but pain only worsened. The VA ER staff took care of me. Rest and no activity as per the doc’s orders.

San Francisco vs Miami game. Dolphins pulled out the victory 29-17 over an injury-riddled Niners team. We had a good time and was fun interacting w/ the SF visitors.

White Christian Nationalism doesn’t belong in our children’s schools. Have no problem w/ a quick prayer to God starting off the morning, but their form or beliefs do not need to be engrained into the schools curriculum.

Ali-Holmes. Ali was great in the gym, but it was SMOKE & MIRRORS. Father Time stripped his speed, ability to punch and he was humiliated, BUT for one last payday. Tyson-Paul the same. Mike padded his account. Avid fan swear never again. Until next event comes along. Paul vs Joe Biden…any takers??

I along w/ a plethora of other US Military Veterans have actual battle experience in the field of war. We don’t have rape allegations or ties to criminal activities. Just simply defending democracy and liberties of the USA. Better options than the cream puffs and “Yes Men” being brought forth.
