Good morning from Tasmania’s Huon Valley. Off to the pool for my morning exercise, 6.30am.
So this was yesterday’s sunrise, 6.50am, I was heading off to the pool for my daily workout, a ballet based program that has netted me a weight loss so far of 33kg. I’ve not felt this good since I danced in West Side Story (a Shark) or played one of the gangsters in Kiss Me Kate over 50 years ago!

Seriously? Don’t do it. Australia did this decades ago. It was seriously a thing with the long socks of course.

A year in Egypt teaching in a Primary school in Zeitoun & BBQs @ the Pyramids “Again?” Love at Saqqara and ‘Sade’ @ full volume on a felucca trip down the Nile. The most beautiful, welcoming people. I’d go back tomorrow. This was the book I took with me:

Bit lax on books that influenced me. This I read again and again in Primary School & later as a Psychologist. My mother chose it as a prize when achieving her status as a Midwife & HV. It’s pretty much a PhD thesis. What tremendous researchers the Opie’s were.
