so as others have said (with 50+ years of experience) it's best to take it slowly but consistently.

been playing for 25 years and just picked it up after a 3 year break. study and practice scales and learn chords. after switching between chords practice scales to chords, and learn some covers.

I send one in to pull her, and have the rest of the party at the top of the stairs at the entrance. Use aoe at the bottom of the stairs after you regroup your party and it's a little more straightforward.
