The High Tatras region is gorgeous, the views are breathtaking, and the people are very nice. Unfortunately the same can’t be about their prices. They simply don’t match reality … it’s unbelievable how expensive every attraction is 🤯

Today #Brno celebrates Brazilian culture in their #BrasilFestBrno. As usual, I stop by for one of my favorite snacks: coxinha.

Yesterday I reworked my Camel-based content crawler. Initially started as a #Camel 2.23 application, then migrated to Camel 3 and, as of yesterday, running on Camel 4.12.

It has been helping me keep track of interesting content online via open APIs for almost 7 years!

Just: "wanaku start local".

Done.

Spring cleaning.

My work laptop is having some fun doing both a couple of native builds for Wanaku and a #ApacheCamel build in parallel.

I've just found another cool tool to create #AI #Agents which is easy to setup and helps me test wanaku.ai pretty easily: HyperChat.

It supports both #MCP tools and resources.

If a few years ago someone had told me that I'd debug software by actually telling it to try again ...

I'm not sure I'd have believed ...

If I didn't do anything stupid, I think I finally got @instructlab.bsky.social's ROCm container image working with Fedora 41.

I've just made the upgrade to #macOS15 #Sequoia.

So far, so good.

Most the of morning at DevConf.CZ was about socializing, but I did have some time to learn how Tim Flink (one of quality engineers from #Fedora) used #AI to track a kind of #Heisenbug.

Brno’s #DevConf_CZ is on fire this year 🔥
Here’s some cool I’ve seen so far:
- a great overview about image segmentation with #AI
- all about developing intelligent applications with #Quarkus and #LangChain4j
- an insightful discussion about project loom and its implications for Java applications
