I wrote my first Substack piece last week, reflecting on the loss of connection to the wild before coming back to Ireland. In unpacking my things, I came across this in my copy of The Poetry Pharmacy by William Sieghart. It feels a fitting postscript, or perhaps it was always there subconsciously!
