Had a wonderful day with friends yesterday! It's not often I can be introduced to a group of strangers and not just actually manage to engage with them but actively feel included in the group and conversations, but I managed it! First reminder since my Autism diagnosis that actually I can people!

With the world seemingly endlessly as awful as it continues to be, sometimes I forget to find happiness in it. Days like today, walking along the canal in the beautiful sunshine, watching the ducks swim by, remind me how lucky I am to be alive to see this, and how grateful I am to still be here.

Finally got round to visiting the Maid Café in Afflecks Palace! Such a cute place! Its such a cute place, the vibe is so cozy and I discovered a deep love of boba in milkshakes that is going to be dangerous for my wallet and my waistline...
