I used to be so proud- every bag of food, every box of medicine, said “US Aid - FROM THE AMERICAN PEOPLE”. The millions of lives saved (mostly children), the goodwill earned around the world. Now I’m just sad for my country and the millions of lives (including children) that will be lost.

I remember the shock & grief on the morning in 2016 when I woke to the news - I remember the headline-Mourning in America. And I remember the joy & relief on the Saturday in November 2020 when they called the election for Biden. Now I’m back to grief & shock that this vile man is President again.
