When I was handed these two, and said I wasn't sure I could manage both, I got pushback. While lots of littermates get along fine, the girls were so bonded that breaking them up seemed cruel.
This has been the first day Lenore has spent without her sister in her entire life.

I almost could understand why they went along with the "now technical" name of the Gulf of Mexico if you search from within the USA, but this feels much more intentional.
