It was actually nice the other day . Then pouring rain . Not bad today. This is my swimming lake but from the other side - walked around . 2 days ago. Love your pics & poems. ( The swimming spot doesn’t have lily pads , etc . No leaches ! )

Lake day before the rain. Two good friends watching the Coast Guard fly by ( practice ). Can’t believe it’s dark already. Wow. I got a swim in though & it was great. Maybe another? Have a good weekend everyone. ✌️🤙🇨🇦🫶

Ya, well that’s good to see. Lots of fires & the snowpack isn’t so great on coastal BC but we’ll get more. Here’s a pic from last night. Friday there was a a couple fawns suckling Mom & then the next night this dude shows up…

Great name . I like him 😂 Awesome that you rescued him. This is Rupert. He was basically a rescue ( “ clearance puppy” ) & was skin & bones but is great these days . Except he hates my friend neighbour & the new mail person 😬

This a picture of a couple from the Netherlands last night. They got on the way ! Lol. They got the pic too. The iPhone doesn’t do justice. Not even a full moon but gorgeous. That’s looking across Malasapina Strait at Texada Island. (Due south basically) - no permission but no faces so it’s ok? 😬
