One of the difficult things about tournament football is trying to work out WHICH FUCKING HASHTAG IS EVERYONE HANGING OUT ON??

Portugal were my favourite team of the last Euros, and not just out of solidarity with another left-footed 5'6" goalkeeper.

Despite being huge underdogs, they played genuinely accomplished passing football, and fought for everything.

When I watched Portugal at Euro 2022, they were 2-0 down within 5 minutes.

Made it back to 2-2, and frankly were on for the win.

Oh Spain, you fools, You have played right into their hands. #bbcfootball #Euro2025 #ESPPOR

Frequently, ADHD is the difference between

"I'll just grab what I need for this task"

and

"What do I need for this task?"

It's not necessarily that it's a hard question to answer, depending on the task. But over the course of a day, a week, a lifetime, the impact of that one extra step adds up.

Here We Are: 6 Characters in Search of a Dead Author.

Unable to step off the stage, to cross the threshold into reality.

As far as they're concerned, the world beyond the boundaries of the set has ended. Because there's no-one to write any more world for them.

This is what's always daft when people say "they've earned it".

Those kind of comments seem to think they're just spending money on boats and expensive clothes.

Did they earn the right to so heavily influence our democracies, and effectively shape the society we all have to live in?

Can anyone?
150 billionaire families spent $1.9B on the 2024 election through October.

It's a huge amount of money — but it represents just 0.07% of their overall wealth.

It essentially costs them nothing to drown our democracy in cash.

We must get big money out of our politics.
