How does a woman surrounded by more than 90 drs still die? Easy: TX laws made them powerless. Tierra Walker’s pregnancy caused dangerous complications—heart issues, seizures, diabetes. She asked if she needed an abortion. They said no. She died. TX didn’t fail her by accident It failed her by design
