Someone who tends to avoid reflexive political takes out of frustration only to see them die a miserable death.

Guess they can stop now.
November 10, 2025 at 5:42 PM
Do your takes always age this well?
November 10, 2025 at 5:42 PM
Is it now time to raise our heart rates?
November 10, 2025 at 5:41 PM
Yeah...Axios really sucks...just lib rage bait 👌🙄
November 10, 2025 at 5:39 PM
Yeah....why's anyone taking them seriously 👍🙄
November 10, 2025 at 5:37 PM
So just out of idle curiosity, do your takes usually age this gracefully?
November 10, 2025 at 5:35 PM
Dude try getting out for some fresh air.
November 10, 2025 at 5:29 PM
They're from different districts so she couldn't primary him. You seem rather confused.
November 10, 2025 at 5:28 PM
What the hell are you talking about?
November 10, 2025 at 5:22 PM
He runs the house not the senate
November 10, 2025 at 5:21 PM
Bloomberg reported same thing.
November 10, 2025 at 5:13 PM
Because Bloomberg reports the same thing.
November 10, 2025 at 5:11 PM
No...they won't.
November 10, 2025 at 5:11 PM
Bloomberg reported the same thing.
November 10, 2025 at 5:10 PM
Sure why not...let's just believe what we feel like 👍
November 10, 2025 at 5:08 PM
Bloomberg reported it as well.
November 10, 2025 at 5:07 PM
Bloomberg reported it as well so if you're pinning your hopes on the Axios thing you'll be disappointed.
November 10, 2025 at 5:07 PM
Bloomberg reported it as well.
November 10, 2025 at 5:05 PM
Bloomberg ran the same story.
November 10, 2025 at 5:04 PM
How is anyone supposed to determine the accuracy of this forecast?
November 10, 2025 at 4:40 PM
Right so he'll hold a vote with a chunk of Rs voting no and enough Ds voting yes. There's no real price for him here since they're not giving anything up. Not sure why this eventuality is not clear regardless of Grijalva but....whatever...it's social media.
November 10, 2025 at 5:26 AM
There's no political room for Johnson to avoid a vote here unless maybe if trump issues a veto threat which he won't. The opposing party is (yet again) bailing him out and his party by falling on the sword (again). What reason would he have not to accept a free one?
November 10, 2025 at 5:00 AM
Yeah just a reality check here. If this passes the senate, Johnson won't have the political room to keep the house out of session. Only way would be if trump issued a veto threat which he won't. In such a scenario, those "few republicans" would have a sudden change of opinion on Epstein anyway.
November 10, 2025 at 4:52 AM
OK fine I'm just confused as to what you meant in your first reply to Carl about "the only thing they could pass"? There's some people playing congressional parliamentarian here in response to this report and it's rather frustrating.
