I switched to a combined DPI and it's much more effective than my previous blue (Ventolin) inhaler.
I'm in the UK and I can just take these to the solid plastic section of the household waste recyling centre. The NHS also have a recycling campaign for inhalers, including the blue and brown ones.

They couldn't find any plums in the huge Tesco in peak 🇬🇧 plum season. ¡Hola! Have some 🇪🇸 nectarines instead. Plum tart cancelled.
An hour later, they sent an email helpfully suggesting I put the nectarines on top of a halloumi salad. I did not buy halloumi!
