I don't celebrate Christmas, but I do celebrate the week where I play Parasite Eve every year.
The game begins on Christmas Eve and ends on the 29th. 30th if you include day 7 (super-boss / EX dungeon).
If I ever play part 2 and like it, I'll add that to my tradition..

Well. After playing Donkey Kong Country 2 & Crash 2 for the first time ever this year, I can definitely say Crash 2 is the least biggest offender for cryptic platformer BS.
But the bosses and ending(s) of #Crash2 are so laughably boring and plain. At leas the game was fun. All you can ask for tbh.

Well. After playing Donkey Kong Country 2 & Crash 2 for the first time ever this year, I can definitely say Crash 2 is the least biggest offender for cryptic platformer BS.

#FinalFantasyIV is my least favorite of the mainline games solely because of the fakeouts. But that's drama for you. Still a fantastic game. Finally beat its 3D iteration and surprisingly, Zeromus wasn't that hard. First try.

I've seen a lot of mediocre photos that people have been posting where they just slap on a naked woman and it's suddenly amazing. Some photographers have been using naked men and to no surprise slightly better.

I'm only using this device to play like, 3 games- all of them from the 360 era lol. However, if I can find a cheap copy, I'll give Gears 2 (& 3 onward) a go since only the first was on PC.

Was given an Xbox one S that ran questionable. Left it alone because Xbox has no (JRP)Games. Anyway- tried to use it again, but no dice.
Issues were this old, dried thermal paste, and a dying HDD.
Had some issues with the PSU, but it was also the cable. Thought it was the VRM.
I like doing this :)

The game initially explains why Zephiel is the way he is, but having played the prequel sequel first, it pretty much hammers his character in.
FE: Roy (The Binding Blade) is definitely the hardest I've played and most annoying. Much fun. Roy, our boy, is pretty boring, but eh.

Man this game is charming. Doesn't help that I've always been a fan of Tron since a kiddo.
I though this game was going to be more involved, but not really! It's rather simple. I'd recommend a guide on who to give what for upgrades since going 1 by 1 eats a lot of time.

Man this game is charming. Doesn't help that I've always been a fan of Tron since a kiddo.
I though this game was going to be more involved, but not really! It's rather simple. I'd recommend a guide on who to give what for upgrades since going 1 by 1 eats a lot of time.

Onimusha 2. Controls very well. Gameplay is fantastic.
Story and narrative is fucking bonkers and beyond cheese.
Not sure if I'd replay it given the reward of the gift system is getting to know the others more when the writing for it is... meh.
I prefer the first more.

Onimusha 2. Controls very well. Gameplay is fantastic.

I hate Mortal Kombat II. Let me preface that it's a fine game when played -only- with other people.
Other than that. Be it console, handheld, or arcade, this game is Komplete trash as the AI is a quarter-muncher that would make some SNK games blush.

Color my surprise to find that Onimusha 2 not only has a tiny little hub, but a dating sim embedded in it. That explains why those four characters had a spotlight in an amazing game opening (with amazing transitions to boot)!

Not done with it yet, but I feel as though the whole game is just about hanging out underground. The map design for the four areas aren't as creative as the first and I believe it has to do with the intent that the underground was suppose to be the new identity with pseudo random generated layouts.

Making some progress. My brain just locked-in for some reason.
Mashin Hero Wataru Gaiden was a light-JRPG (5hrs) apparently, but I thin it's almost time to hit a big one.
Not sure which yet. But heavily leaning on a Final Fantasy... that is to say after I finish streaming Secret of Mana then KH2 lol

While I was watching this film, at some point I said aloud, "wow, it's like if I was watching a book as a kid"!.
And I think that's the highest praise I can give a film.
Not 10/10, but 9/10 because despite it's length, there were some odd choices about what and what isn't explained.

While I was watching this film, at some point I said aloud, "wow, it's like if I was watching a book as a kid"!.
And I think that's the highest praise I can give a film.

beat it with a couple of characters. I grew up playing the first on SNES and while I prefer it since it's more aligned with a wrestling game with combat mechanics, I appreciate how part 2 is a fighting game with a wrestling motif.
