Booked an appointment in school career office when i was feeling social on monday regretted it yesterday when i burnt out and shut down but it went well and i found a really REALLY good uni course where i can study both my languages im studying and spend a year studying in japan OH YEAH

Bro what de hell i didnt rewuest an in person meeting actually and she did it herself i was confused on why but today i pull up and she brought up a convo she had w my dad about my childhood and was like ur autistic mate
Im better in camhs eyes but we havent seen each other in person since june. I feel like remote meetings make me more hesitant to be honest and dragging my parents into it (Why ? Did she try to do that) did not help that at all

Cbt rewired my brain and i no lomger make thinking errors. Yay! Im better! (This made me less anxious but made me realise that the issue is not me being a little silly and getting anxious over nothing. But i cant pinpoint what it is. Its wired into me. Not curable through therapy.)
