As a huge Alien franchise fan, I really, truly, honestly wish I could agree with that. But, the immense disappointment I still bitterly feel (even after a recent second attempt with readjusted expectations) is still unshakeable. 😣
But... I am glad it did find an appreciative audience elsewhere.

As a huge Alien franchise fan, I really, truly, honestly wish I could agree with that. But, the immense disappointment I still bitterly feel (even after a recent second attempt with readjusted expectations) is still unshakeable. 😣

I'm nearly done with my 1st full binge of the entire X-Files, having never done the whole thing b4. Also 24ish per season. The good eps are still top tier genius. But, 👀... 8-15 eps each season were absolute trash, just 'cuz studios could afford to chuck any dumb idea at the wall to see if it stuck.
