I got thin skin too. Thats why Im wondering if I was abnormal in having long flaps of skin / scabs going backward from the end of my fingernail.

Ooh the cluster headache I got that! I take emgality x 3 thank goodness my insurance will cover (plus namenda)

I get the gi+ a lot but not always after meals, stress and other things & theres no way for me to say if its mcas or something else but I do have histamine labs + pots + eds
Headaches are better on headache meds but also i take antihistamines & naturedao & 1 thing i cant remember + other mcas meds

I can get dizzy and sometimes flush after meals but always assume that pots. My allergist said it could easily be mcas and i should try an epipen at home but I am not doing that home alone.

I have a lot of inflammation, POTS stuff, know I have histamine issues but mostly pretend I don't and am doing better on some new meds & now that I am out of an apartment that had hidden mold

May I ask your symptoms during an mcas flare? I don't even know what mine are anymore and I eat terrible food.
