Reading this had just made me think on why I refuse to show my face in ab/dl spaces. Aside from the obvious anonymity, I fear people seeing a large fat bearded man into diapers and be disgusted by it. I suppose it's another irrational fear. Sorry if this is a hijack on your story Personalias
You don’t swallow the gunk as much as it slides down your perpetually open throat and settles into what functions as your stomach like a rock. The liquid stuff literally goes right through you and into your washable doll diaper.
