There is new kind of language I call "C/Rust" (like C/C++ but Rust instead of C++) where you fully give in to the unsafe, embrace global variables, and forget immutability even exists. Every function is unsafe, you do whatever you want. Borrow checker is still yapping tho.

As much as I love my US homies it's looking like it's time to start avoiding US products when possible. Going to purge US tech subscriptions and move my VPS to binarylane which is in Sydney.
