as reading the same many times in one mainstream programming language makes you more confident as compare to reading many half knowledge. So open to application of others languages as and when needed but mainstream one. This is me from the computational perspective as not experimental methods.

This is very true. You should think ahead of what needs to be done and accomplished. i used PyTorch all time but now shifting to RUST 🦀 tch, Burn 🔥 and candle as that gives entire machine/deep learning. so i will drop PyTorch also soon and will use tch PyTorch for RUST 🦀. DRY principles.
