President Biden could’ve been 95 years old in a wheel chair and that would’ve been a million times better than what we’re dealing with now. To attack his age yet again when he’s not even in office just to ignore the crimes of an old deranged criminal tyrant is despicable.

The Public Broadcasting Act of 1967 created the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. I reread it today; nothing in the law allows a president to defund PBS and NPR. In fact, Congress specifically sought to insulate public media from political pressure.

This isn't hypothetical.

The coming days are bringing higher prices and disrupted supply chains, this time not because of a pandemic or a war, but self-inflicted by our country's government under this president.

Neither of them are pushing for Universal Healthcare, basic income, an end to food deserts & inequality, clean water etc.

See this is what I mean. Mississippi is a state with a 40% Black population. African American candidate Mike Espy garnered nearly 45% of the vote in the 2020 General Election for the U.S. Senate.

Why isn’t there a 10 yr Dem plan for organizing Mississippi? Why concede the state w/a 40% Black pop?
NEW: Mississippi Gov. Tate Reeves has declared April 2025 as Confederate Heritage Month.

He did so at the behest of the Sons of Confederate Veterans, a neo-Confederate organization that espouses “Lost Cause” ideology, which whitewashes the role of slavery in the Civil War. 🧵

there's a quiet kind of strength in surrender not in giving up, but in trusting that some things are unfolding in ways we don't yet understand, you don't need to force what's meant for you. let go of the pressure to control & make room for peace to settle in

It's Jim Crow. And that's why Black folks have been telling you "this isn't who we are!" is a bold faced lie. If the U.S. government is going to take the position that, once removed from the United States, folks can’t be brought back, then it sure seems to me that federal courts should be reflexively and categorically barring *all* removals until they’re 100 percent certain that the removals are lawful.
