If you're selling functional mushroom chocolate or gummies and they contain either refined sugar or any kind of lecithin (or both!) then these products are not good for your gut bacteria or general health, and shouldn't be considered as a wellness supplement #mushrooms #fungi #wellness

The lack of 'heads' in the psych-d*lic space is disturbing... I'm aware of sounding like a gatekeeper, but how are certain people elevated to such levels when they've been around for less than 5 years?

Feeling excited to be collaborating with people in the mycelial space in Sweden...but then after being invited for an event in the summer, I remember they have harsh drug laws and I have a prescription for medical cannabis (and I don't want to risk 'importing' anything) 😂

I'm seeing crazy amounts of AI art being used to promote psychedelic events, services, and products (I myself have even given talks where the event poster is made with AI and I haven't unfortunately pushed back) Aren't human artists really important in this space?
