My OC Olive, a blonde girl with 4 arms. The two lower arms are "backward" and face her back. In this picture she's outside by the sea, and wears a pair of jean shorts and a translucent green top. The ref sheet of my OC Olive. There are 4 drawings of her : 2 sides, front and back, where she's making the same pose. She is a Caucasian blonde girl with tan marks (we can see the silhouette of her bikini). She is a little chubby and has a big butt and thick legs. She has a second pair of arms below the first pair, facing her back. We can see a second pair of scapula just below her breast, kinda matching with her ribcage. She's making a V with one of her hands, while two others are resting on her hips (one from the top shoulders and the other from the lower one). The last hand is just hanging on her side. On the left of the picture, we can see a zoomed detail of her genitals, displaying her hermaphrodism. She has indeed an average uncut penis, and her testicles are split in two, transforming in some kind of chunky outer lips. Between them lies a regular labia with a clitoris and inner lips.
