Je trouve que l'ex ministre s'énerve un peu vite. Dobes a 24 ans, c'est un compétiteur, il est triste et il l'a montré sans fard. C'est un million de fois plus saint que de transformer ça en agression.

I saw some commentary that this was the largest non-Covid-era deficit in federal history and it's probably worth dealing with that now.

I presume it's based on dollar value at the time the deficit was incurred, but that doesn't account for inflation or the changing size of the economy.

one thing thats kinda crazy to get your head around is not that the musk and thiel masters of the universe are ungrateful for the vast public infrastructure, public funding of research, and robust systems of laws and rules that made their wealth possible. it's that theyre too dumb to understand it

Always interesting to me how much the India trip hurt Trudeau.

Substantively, I'm not sure how much it ever mattered. But there were lots of pictures of him looking ridiculous and that confirmed everyone's worst fears about him. Live by the image, die by the image.

Aside from being thrilled about the term and cap hit of the new Lane Hutson contract, Habs fans should take a moment to appraise who was feeding them rage bait BS and who was giving them worthwhile information on this situation.

This is my regular reminder to everyone that jstor is open to the general public now; a free account there will give you access to 100 papers a year.
regrettably if you try to point this out online you'll get yelled out by 79208 journalists going OH SO YOU WANT JOURNALISTS TO STARVE??? even if you're, say, a journalist yourself, and point out that while there are clearly no easy answers, the status quo isn't exactly working for society
