Waiting slows down their rate of calls. If they rewrite the script to speak without a listener it wastes more of their time.

Dear @Kobo / @Rakuten, can you give some love to RTF format files? All formatting is lost on book import. Completely unreadable without any white space. If it doesn't work perhaps just remove it
