We went with the larger lot sizes as we wanted developers to subdivide it into multiple lots and put the roads and utilities in. Our goal with this sale was to make money to put into the housing fund for larger projects out south that will be for affordable lots.

We subdivided it into 7 lots. They will be sold. The new subdivision is called Benton View.
