If Republicans were really concerned about divisive political rhetoric, one might expect the President of the United States to lead the way in turning down the temperature and promoting healing. Stop calling your political opponents enemies, lunatics, traitors, and so on. (Cont)

The hysteria on this subject is out of control. One dude murdered another dude. That's obviously terrible, but civilization is not collapsing, and the only "assault on free speech and civil dialogue" I see is coming from the right.
