For what it’s worth, I don’t actually think it’s like this for everyone. There are bad bouts of sleep every now and then, but in general both my husband and I get 7 hours of sleep a night! (3 years in)

this is called “the baby comf” and it is actually illegal to ask anyone to perform any tasks when they are in said “baby comf”
