4. A boarding house type apartment building near the college in my town with affordable rents & meals because there’s no dorms & students struggle to find affordable housing.

So they call those brave enough to speak out “sensitive”, “soy boy”, “crazy cat lady”, “ran through” etc. Just the dying gasps of white supremacy, patriarchy, & religious bigotry.

I feel more like people have gotten less fearful of going against the crowd and less fearful of speaking up, and the crowd (especially the thin-skinned conservative bigots) no likey. Just my personal opinion.

I can’t stand phone sounds. I have zero sounds & vibrations. I only have the ringer on when I’m expecting a call, & have to answer every unknown caller. SO MUCH STRESS.

Yay! I’ve gotten several new plants lately: a banana tree, a giant elephant ear, a monstera, a burnt & dehydrated fern for $1 (that’s now thriving), spider plants, nopales I will never eat, mint, white pothos, & something with holes in the leaves.

I got in FB to show my husband your quilts. He’s impressed. He’s quilt curious. He’s been doing embroidery, like freehand. And he’s painting again.
