There is no clash between women's rights and trans rights that wasn't already appropriately addressed by the EA 2010. If there was a legitimate reason for a woman with, eg, a penis to be excluded from a service, this could be done.

It shows that they are aware of the public pressure and that sneaking out bigotry on a Friday evening got them noticed.

So, time to write to your MP again and tell them that the EHRCs response is piss poor and that you expect them to hold the EHRC to account:
